Due to Government rules regarding the bursary funding given to the student studying FE courses, they must renew their bursary application each year regardless of no changes in circumstances. So we really need a option to disable the button asking them to say there is no change as we will always need new up to date evidence for audit purposes. But having that option visible will mean they will click it if there has been no change and we will then have to go back asking for current evidence therefore increasing the workload and time taking to approve the bursary assistance.
