Hi we have a number of subjects that were originally planned to run but we are not running this year due to lack of numbers / staffing / timetabling clashes. However they may be run next year so I didn't want to delete them altogether as it will be extra work to recreate them completely again with course description, exam board, entry requirements etc. I turned them off in 'Available on Application Form' and 'Available on Enrolment Form' but it seems that the only way to ensure they don't appear as an option in 'Confirmed Subjects' is to delete them altogether. I think it would be good to have a way to Archive them so they don't show in the current enrolment form without deleting them.
