We are looking at using the Communication tab to run a keep‑warm campaign, and we are particularly interested in how effective it is when you’re managing engagement across a large number of courses (around 25 in total).

If you’ve done something similar:

• How did you structure your communications across multiple courses?
• Did you segment by course?
• What types of touchpoints or messaging worked best?
• Did you automate any of it, and if so, how well did that scale across all 25 courses?
• Overall, did the Communication tab give you enough flexibility to keep learners warm and engaged?
