Enrolment form

HI. We have created option blocks in our enrolment area, ready for August's results day. The problem we have now noticed is that all the applicants in the orange and red boxes have now been moved (automatically) to the blue box. How do we stop this from happening and get them back in their original coloured boxes please? THanks.
