Archived Year 7 Applications & Parent Email Addresses

There is an ongoing issue with Parents email addresses. If a Parent applied for a place in, e.g. 2020, and then applies for another child in 2026 using the same email address, A+ throws up a message saying the email address is already taken/in use, and this causes a huge problem. Is there a way of removing the email addresses, or deactivating them, from archived forms?
